Product development is broken

Testing takes weeks, needs lots of traffic and usage to reach stat sig, and failed experiments run the risk of affecting real-life customers. Forward-thinking teams are turning to AI-first tooling to build for tomorrow.

Develop Conviction In The Problem
Product market fit is an ongoing process rather than a definite stage, focused on retention. And the goal is to develop conviction in the problem before building anything so that you don't waste any time or resources in the wrong areas to begin with.

Finding Winning Ideas
We now have over 300 teams running tens of thousands of experiments annually. Experimentation is integral to the way we develop the Spotify experience — but it's a lot more than just running A/B tests to find the winning ideas, and we're looking for ways to test more quickly.

Validating Before Building
A way to validate, "Am I on the right track," is so important. It's a very common mistake, where it's been six months of just building in a hole, then you get out there and you start validating by trying to sell it. And if you've got some foundational assumptions wrong, you're in trouble

Understanding Users Better
Experimentation is what's given us a huge edge over some of our competitors. What your building gives product teams a way to move 10x quicker.

Focusing On The Right Areas
Experimentation is an incredible way to focus your valuable time in the right areas. Many organizations have implemented Agile, allowing them to deliver to market faster than ever before. This is all a waste of time if the delivered features don’t add value.

Understanding Users Better
The number of problems and unanswered questions that you have about your current and future users needs and behaviours just increases every single day. To truly understand them better, to really improve your product, you really need to make experimentation integral.

Why you'll love Blok

Smarter product decisions - better than building a 6-week test to prove a hunch was wrong.

Less time debating
Ditch gut feel and opinion-based RICE frameworks. Get team buy-in for product changes and A/B tests with evidence.
Learn faster
Compress 4-6 week test cycles into hours and see how your customers will behave throughout the product development lifecycle.
Build what matters
Instead of brute-force trial and error, stress test assumptions and prototypes before involving the engineering team.

What you can do with Blok

Here are just a few ways that people are already using Blok within their product stack.

Onboarding Optimization
Find the flow that most likely to drive the highest activation without ever worrying about harming real users in the process.
Prototype Usability Testing
Validate and iterate on early design concepts with synthetic agents and get actionable feedback in hours instead of weeks.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Simulate user behavior across landing pages and sign-up flows, and CTAs, to increase conversion and reduce wasted iterations.
Feature Adoption
Predict which version of a feature gets used, and which is likely to be ignored, all while taking into account different user types.
User Flow Friction
Pinpoint where users hesitate, misclick, or drop off - like missed CTAs or confusing flows - without waiting for post-launch analytics.
Messaging Validation
Test multiple content or CTA variants with behavioral agents to see what resonates with customers before you ship anything to real users.

FAQs

Got questions? Here are some of the common questions we get.

How is this different from A/B testing?

A/B testing is retrospective: it tells you what worked after exposing real users to different variants, often requiring significant traffic and time to reach significance. Blok is predictive. We simulate how different types of users, modeled after real behavioral clusters, will respond to a change before it goes live. This allows teams to de-risk decisions, compare variants faster, and prioritize ideas with higher behavioral upside without needing to wait weeks for live test results.

How do you build my simulated users?

Each simulated user (or “agent”) is generated from a combination of behavioral modeling, decision heuristics, and interaction priors. We train these agents using real-world product usage data and validated behavioral science frameworks (e.g., cognitive biases, decision styles, attention patterns). Agents can represent different clusters - like high-intent users, skimmers, skeptics, or risk-averse types - allowing us to test how each would behave in your product context. Over time, the models get smarter through backtesting and continuous fine-tuning across use cases.

It sounds like magic - how accurate is it?

Blok doesn’t aim for pixel-perfect prediction. It aims for directionally accurate, explainable insights that help teams make better decisions faster. In backtests, Blok has predicted variant performance trends (e.g., which UX flow will perform better across different personas) with high alignment to real-world outcomes. Accuracy improves as we calibrate on more product types and task patterns. Think of it like a wind tunnel for UX - it won’t replace production data, but it helps catch issues and opportunities before they become costly.

Who’s is Blok for?

Blok is designed for product managers, UX researchers, growth teams, and design leads - anyone responsible for building or optimizing user-facing experiences. It’s especially useful for teams working on onboarding, conversion, activation, retention, and feature adoption - where user behavior makes or breaks performance. That said - we're also seeing marketing teams use us to test copy ahead of going live.

What can I use it for?

You can use Blok to simulate and optimize:
- Landing pages and signup flows
- Onboarding journeys
- Pricing page structure
- Feature placement and UI layout
- CTA messaging and copy variants
- Prototype usability
- New feature previews
- User flow comparisons across personas
Basically, anywhere you'd normally A/B test, run usability studies, or make product changes based on gut feel - Blok can simulate behavior before you commit.

How do I sign up?

Book a Demo. We’re currently onboarding select teams and partners - once approved, you’ll get access to our dashboard, data integration options (or upload flow), and a tailored simulation setup with our team.
